Like many users my PC is nowhere near my PVR & TV. Is there any way of connecting the PC USB to PVR USB by (say) wireless and does it work? Thanks

It would never work as you need to allocate an IP address to the PVR either DHCP or Static. As the Hummy has no way of doing this then it is impossible to link it to a PC via ethernet (wired or wireless).

Something like http://www.everythingusb.com/keyspan_usb_server.html might work, but given that the Hummy seems to need good cables, I can imagine it would take a lot of work to make it work!
