I've been running the latest beta (V3) for a couple of weeks and just tried my first download to my laptop. With USB 2.0 connection, 1GB of about 1 hour of video came down in just over 10 mins. I did switch the PVR to a blank channel to avoid disk contention with the live buffer though. That's almost and "accepable" speed. Would be happier if it matched by portable media player where similar transfer is completed in less than a minute though.... Interestingly the second 1GB file is taking longer - maybe its because I'm posting this at the same time so the PC is slowing it down.... Has anyone managed a faster transfer

(If your interested the laptop is a compaq with large fast hard disk, 512MB memory, Windows XP SP2 and a 1.4GHz Celeron processor, so nothing special - and a fairly standard 1.5M USB cable - might be the one that came with the Humax...)

Any chance we can get our hands on this software? Did you have any crashes while downloading?
