I have uploaded some screen grabs to the following links.....bear in mind these were taken from the composite output of the unit.

If I get chance will upload some more to include Menu's

EPG, Now and Next (http://s929.photobucket.com/albums/ad133/Hummyorg/Humax%20HD%20Foxsat%20T2%20-%20EPG%20and%20Now%20and%20Next/)

Genre Icon examples (http://s929.photobucket.com/albums/ad133/Hummyorg/Genre%20Icon%20examples/)

Media Playback from Networked PC (http://s929.photobucket.com/albums/ad133/Hummyorg/Media%20Playback%20-%20Networked%20PC/)

Barry

I 'clicked' on the link and was taken to the Photobucket website to see the screen grabs.

I then 'clicked' on on the first of the grabs to enlarge it and was greeted by a pop-up informing me that my PC was infected with spyware and virus and that I should download a file which was offered as a cure.

It proved impossible to close this pop-up and I had to shut the browser (IE8).

Perhaps you could take a look at this?

Regards ........... Michael

Well I am sorry you have issues with your PC, but it did not come from any of those pictures I can assure you.

As a check I have now viewed the same on 3 different PC's without issue.

I have also checked those pictures and they appear to be fine.

It sounds like you may have picked something up from a different website. I suggest you run a virus scan and ensure your antivirus is up to date.

DS had an advert loaded with this particular nasty and money grabbing infection the other day. I had to restart my PC in safe mode and do a system restore to get rid of it.

I have just revisited the site and it now is OK, no pop-up's.

Strange.

Did this site (hummy.org) not have some trouble a year ot two ago with malicious hacking?

Not that I am aware of...we have out usual number of spam bots trying to sign up, but that is all.
