could anybody help. the record as got off the menu list.at the bottom it now says games, was ok yesterday. got lots to watch on it. thanks

Oh dear you may have a faulty machine, take it back and swop it.

Had this the other day. Sorted it with a power cycle. I caused it (I think) by trying to schedule a recording too close to the start of the programme. By this I mean, I have set auto padding to start recording 3 minuted before the event ie at 7:57 pm . I tried to schedule the recording from the guide 2 minutes befor the programme started ie at 7:58pm.
It had accidently happened to me twice now and both time were under similar circumstances, but I haven't had the nerve to try to repeat the event intentionlly as I would rather not loose any of my recorded programmes.
