Default No RF Output

I have just received my Humax HDR-FOX T2 and tried to connect the Antenna out socket to my TV. I can't find a signal to tune to. Called Humax help line they suggested turning off power saving modes. I did that but still no picture. Help line have promised to find out the RF output channel and get back to me. I suspect that the Antenna out connection is not connected at all.

The aerial out is a loop through aerial out and is only active when the box is on and if you want it active when in standby, power saving must be disabled.

It is not an 'RF' out as such.

There is no modulator and hence no RF output channel. It simply passes the aerial signal to the TV so you can use the TV independently of the HDR.
